Mantel did its job and sent me what i ordered, but UPS forgot to give me any notice that the package had been delivered to the service point. It made me almost miss the package(its sent back after 10 days).
All very well. Advantages only. They offer goods that are in stock, the shipment is well protected, fast - immediate shipment. I recommend.
I was unable to buy 32mm GP5000TL tyres from anywhere in the UK so looked a bit further afield and found Mantel had them in stock. The price was excellent and even with paying for delivery worked out about the same as the cheapest place in the UK that were selling 28mm. So I nervously went ahead and ordered for the first time since Brexit but was astounded at the speed of delivery. I ordered on a Tuesday and the delivery arrived on Thursday with no customs issues or duty to pay. Top marks, thanks Mantel!

Buying a child seat to attach to my cycle for my grand daughter is obviously important. It has to be top quality and safe.
Not only is the Thule seat top quality, the way it fastens to the bike is so easy - a great design. I have Thule roof bars AND a Thule roofbox and they are all great in the ease of fitting and the confidence you get from the design.
Very happy with the purchasing process. The webpage is easy to access and follow through to the purchase point, and the delivery was in good time.

Excellent ordering experience for my Thule child bike seat. Dropped one star because the box arrived quite damaged - but the goods inside were fine. Probably a UPS issue anyway.
